Indesit Aria RI261X Black Ceramic Hob

The Indesit RI861X Ceramic Hob offers the simplicity of touch controls.

Simple operation, just select a cooking zone and control the temperature levels at the touch of a button. There is one large, one medium and two small zones.

The heating elements are fixed underneath the surface. Nine power levels can be selected for any cooking zone and all become hot quicker than an electric hotplate. Residual heat indicators light up when a zone is too hot to touch.

A timer function allows you to pre-plan your cooking tasks. It can be set for 1 to 99 minutes.

The flat surface makes cleaning the appliance easy. A damp cloth or sponge will remove most stains, or a scraper will remove food fragments.

Specialised induction pans are not required for the Indesit RI861X hob, so stainless steel, titanium, aluminium and copper-bottomed cookware are all suitable.
